[Resolved] I cannot register my plugins.

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: I am having trouble registering my Toolset plugins on a multisite instance.

Solution: There is currently a known issue with multisite registrations. Our developers are working on the permanent fix and have published an erratum with two workarounds.

When I try to register my toolset plugins the installer page refreshes and nothing is stored.

I don't know if it's a related issue, but if I click on the button "register toolset" nothing happens either.

I've deactivated all my plugins and changed themes and nothing works.

The only thing I can think of is that it's a multisite installation. Is that a problem?

Hi, can you open the browser console and tell me if any JavaScript errors appear before or after you submit the registration form? Registering a subsite in a multisite instance shouldn't be a problem from within one of the subsites.

Thank you. I don't get any errors in chrome.

In Microsoft Edge, I get this error:

SCRIPT16389: Unspecified error.
polyfill (1,10884)

May I log in to the wp-admin area for this subsite to take a closer look? If the "Register Toolset" button isn't working, there may be some other issue I'm not understanding.

This is not a live site, so if you need to enable debugging or disable plugins, that's ok

Okay it looks like you're running into an issue identified earlier: https://toolset.com/errata/installer-screen-is-broken-layout-messed-up-in-network-subsites-wrongly-suggests-registration-is-not-working-and-impedes-updates/

There are two known workarounds described in the erratum post. Will one of these work for you?

Thank you Christian!
