This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The issue here is that the user wanted to install the Toolset Classified demo for his website, but he was missing the toolset classified plugin.
Solution:
When installing this demo and you are missing the Toolset Classified plugin, there should be a link to the right of the Toolset Classified plugin name that allows you to download the plugin.
This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.
Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

When I tried to install a reference site, I see this message,
"This demo site can't be installed. Please ensure that you meet all plugin and site requirements before installing a demo site. "
and reset a site.
And re-login and activate Framework Installer plugin.
And I go to ManageSites -> ReferenceSites -> Classifieds site.
But I cannot hit "install" btn.
