[Resolved] I cannot insert any field in divi text module (editing content template)

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The issue here is that the divi text module is not working

Solution:

The issue here seems to be caused by the new experience builder by Divi. You can disable the new experience builder by going to Divi -> Theme Settings -> Creator -> Advanced and then disable the new experience builder.

This support ticket is created 5 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

I am trying to: add fields in a content template "Template Prestataire Basic" using divi, for example field 'société'
I created several custom fields I want to use in this template.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: a toolset shortcode for each field

Instead, I got: nothing

This is a fresh wp install with almost no plugins except toolset, I am starting this project

The issue here seems to be caused by the new experience builder by Divi. You can disable the new experience builder by going to Divi -> Theme Settings -> Creator -> Advanced and then disable the new experience builder.

This should resolve the issue.
