Hi Pierre,

1. About the WPML section on the registration page:

As both WPML and Toolset plugins use the same method for registration the same codebase is used. You simply need to ignore the WPML section at the top of that page and focus only on the Toolset section which seems to be registered with no problems.

2. Toolset can not connect message

That message is an indication that the Toolset itself can not connect to:

Please contact your hosting service provider and ask them to whitelist the URLs above.

Thank you.

Thanks Christopher for your reply, I will ask them. But what I don't understand is that I have other websites with Toolset on the same hosting and on the sale hosting exactly, and I don't have the same issue.
I will come back to you

Hi there,

Thank you. If the hosting got back with the whitelist and the issue is still there, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

Thank you.

Hi Christopher,
The hosting Provider told me that your API were not blacklisted.
But this morning the problem seems to be resolved! Did you resolve it?
