Hello

I have recently bought Toolset for my new project, hidden link. When I try to register my copy inside wordpress I get "
Invalid site key for the current site.". I have seen a lot of questions about this but no solution has been successful for me.

Can you help me please

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

That is strange - no other reported such issue yet.

Can you please make sure you followed the steps given with the following link:
=> https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#installing-the-toolset-types-plugin

If that does not help, can you please send me access details and the site key you generated to register your Toolset plugins.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I was able to generate the site key and register the plugins success fully.

1) Please remove your existing site key.
2) Can you please try to go to this link and try to register Toolset:
=> hidden link
3)Then, click on the "your account" link as shown with the following screenshot:
=> hidden link
4) Once you got the key, try to register your key on step #2.

It works for me, can you please try again and try to resolve your issue.

Hi again

thanks a lot for the help.

It feels like if I generate a key with the whole url including https: then it does not go through. or that do you think?

thanks again

/Henrik
