[Closed] I applied the "add to cart" block, but it does not appear normally on the screen

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Hi there,

It does not seem to be related to Toolset.

You can test that by temporarily deactivating all the toolset plugins and try to add the button to a page instead of a template and see if it works.

If yes, then try to add a template with Toolset and do not use any Toolset blocks and test by adding the button and see the result.

It is better to contact the developer of that add to cart button block for more investigation.

When I disable astra pro, it works normally.

The astra theme is a theme recommended by toolset and I worked a lot with the pro version.
Instead of "add to cart block" I'll use another plugin. Nevertheless, I think you should share with astra you have this problem.

I will be happy to check to see if it is related to Toolset at all or not.

So you are using a plugin to add the add to cart block, but is it working without Toolset or not?

You said it does not work with Astra Pro, but what about Toolset?

If it does not work with Astra Pro while Toolset is off then it is not related to us at all and you need to contact Astra Pro and the plugin developer that made the Add to Cart button.

If it is another case that is related to Toolset I will be happy to investigate.
