Tell us what you are trying to do?
We are trying to display a view of all of our experiences using elementor.
Is there any documentation that you are following?
https://toolset.com/course-lesson/using-toolset-with-elementor-page-builder/
Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Can you describe what you have done so far?

Does the View you created work on a normal page (without Elementor)? And the problem is only when you try to show the View on a page edited with Elementor?

I created the toolset view with search by going to pages-new-"eperience library" where I created the view of all vr experiences. then I went to the experience library elementor page and added the toolset view widget with the search and results options. I hit save but then nothing shows up on the frontend.

Does the View you created work on a normal page (without Elementor)?
It does not work on a normal page, I opened the page just using wordpress and nothing shows up on the frontend.
And the problem is only when you try to show the View on a page edited with Elementor?
I don't believe so.

Hi Joseph,

I'm assuming that the view was created using the classic editor?

If so then can you try displaying the view using its shortcode instead of the elementor widget.

The shortcode for your view should look like.
[wpv-view name='view-slug']

Where view-slug is the slug of the view you want to display. You can add the shortcode to the WYSIWYG widget that elementor provides.

Thanks,
Shane

Hello Shane,
Thank you for you reply! I tried what you suggested but when I got to the frontend I still don't see any view using the shortcode. We only see the search view and it doesn't have the css added for the search view to look like we want it. How do I fix this?

Hi Joseph,

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the website so that I can have a more detailed look at this for you ?

Please where applicable please provide me with a link to an example page where I can see the issue.

I've enabled the private fields for your next response.

Hi Joseph,

The page seems to be displaying fine to me with your elementor view widget. See Screenshot at this link hidden link

Is this not how it is displaying on your end?
Thanks,
Shane

Hello Shane,
You are still in the wordpress environment. Open the page in another browser so that you can go to the frontend

#2312379

and the section I am testing the shortcode is at the buttom. the views you see first were inserted using the toolset view elementor widget.

Hi Joseph,

I see now. The problem is for logged out users. I do see quite a few errors in your website's console See Screenshot

What I would do here is to temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins ofcourse with the exception of Elementor and check again to see if the issue still remains.

If it does then I will need to grab a copy of your site to test on a different server environment to see if the issue is still there then.

Thanks,
Shane

Hello Shane,
So, we temporarily dirabled all non-toolset and elementor plugins and we first got a fatal error on our website and it crashed the entire site... (lol) but we spoke to hostgator and the site is back up. I continued troubleshooting our issue when the site was back up and the issue is still there, there is nothing on the frontend. all plugins are disabled except for toolset and elementor plugins. The Toolset WooCommerce Blocks plugin is crashing the website so can we also please take a look at that as we are also working on setting up our online shop at the moment.

Thank you,
Joe

Hi Joseph,

After some digging into the copy of the website I was able to identify the issue.

The problem was being caused by the wp rocket plugin mainly the Load Javascript Deferred setting.

Once this setting is disabled then the page started to load fine when logged out.

Please let me know if everything is ok now.

Thanks,
Shane
