[Resolved] I am not able to update the plugin, despite having paid and registered.

This support ticket is created 4 years, 12 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I expected to see:
An updated plugin
Instead, I got:the message "You must have a valid subscription in order to get upgrades or support for this plugin. Purchase a subscription or enter an existing site key." despite having paid and registered

Thank you for getting in touch.

Given that you are currently running version 2 of types, you will need to perform a manual update to Types version 3 in order to be able to get your plugins updated automatically.

To do this you can download the latest version from the link below.
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Then you can follow the instructions in the link below.
