I expect that you have some code running on the page which is doing that. It is not a typical behaviour from Toolset.
To determine the cause you would need to identify all of the code running on that page and selectively disabling it to see if that reveals which code is responsible.
I suggest that if you do not already have one you create a staging site where you can do some testing.
Begin by disabling all plugins except for Toolset and see if the problem still occurs.
If it does, try switching to default theme.
If it still occurs, disable any custom code snippets you have added to the site.
