Tell us what you are trying to do?

The standard permalink structure I want for my normal wordpress blogs is like so - /blog/%category%/%postname%/

screen shot - hidden link

however this current set up adds /blog/ in front of my custom post types - So when I click on a link to a term in my custom tax called "location" the archive Taxonomy URL looks like this - hidden link

I would instead like it to look like this
hidden link

no /blog/ in the permalink

and on the singles I would like them to look like this
/areas-served/stamford/
not
/blog/areas-served/stamford/

is it possible to configure this some how?

here is a screenshot of my custom post type

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site? hidden link

I have a mega menu - built using the wordpress menu tools - "Areas Served" link in the main nav and then click on one of the items in the mega menu to see the custom post type page and see the current slug/permalink

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Toolset do not have any permalink management feature.

For that you will require plugins like:
- hidden link
- https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-better-permalinks/
- https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-permalinks/
