Hello

I have created a custom post type and a template for that post type.

How do I remove the side bar (of the navigation menu) from the template?

Many thanks

Toolset doesn't customize sidebars, headers or footers.
Those are things controlled by the Theme if the Theme offers no options to disable or enable those, a manual edit of the Theme Templates is usually required.

Some themes offer integration as well to Toolset - you can see them listed here https://toolset.com/documentation/recommended-themes/
Those themes have options to control several layout aspects that you can control as well in Toolset, due to the integration made.

But generally, this is a task of the theme to provide such settings and controls

Thank you for your reply.

I use The7 theme and when standard posts are created, there is an option to deactivate the sidebar.

However, when custom posts are created via Toolset, this option is then not available! Looks like The7 theme is not integrated with Toolset?

That is correct, The7 is not one of the themes listed in our documentation.

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
