Tell us what you are trying to do? I want to place one CPT slug after another CPT slug.
First CPT slug is /career/
Second CPT slug is /degree/

I want the URL structure to be /career/degree/

I have tried changing the degree CPT as a child of career CPT but that didn't work.

Any ideas and help would be much appreciated!

Hi, Toolset's CPT permalink structures follow the WordPress standard of yoursite.com/post-type-slug/post-slug. You can change the first directory to be something other than the post type slug, but unfortunately you cannot add directories to the structure. Toolset isn't designed to help you customize URL directory paths and permalinks in non-standard formats. If you'd like a more complex URL structure, I think a 3rd-party custom permalink plugin is your best option. You can start a search for those plugins here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/permalink/

Otherwise, custom code is required. Rewrite rules are tricky, so unless you have a lot of background with that type of programming I strongly suggest trying a 3rd-party plugin first.

Hey Christian,
Thanks for the reply. I think I`ll just go with another URL structure. The SEO benefit that I was hoping to get might not be worth the extra development risk (in the future).
