This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The problem here is that the customer had his view and after filtering his view the post ordering doesn't work anymore.
Solution:
This issue was caused by the Post Type Ordering plugin. The plugin overwrites the ordering that was set in views. I would recommend disabling this plugin.

When I load the page the ordering is OK but when I press any button the ordering is gone. (like the screenshot).
I want to keep the alphabetic order by post title all the time.
