Tell us what you are trying to do?
In the process I am creating, new suppliers fill out the supplier on-boarding form. Once that has been submitted, the new supplier is redirected to a form which collects repeatable fields data.

I've clearly missed out a vital step because once my new supplier submits the on-boarding form, the page to which they are redirected does not display the form. (In editing mode, I can preview the form on the page).

I've attached screen shot which I hope will help you to help me understand!

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?
