Tell us what you are trying to do?
Dear ,I need small things to hide:
1-
I want to hide the CRED buttons (shown in picture 1) from the front user since they may confuse the vendors.
I only need the image upload button to stay because it is working just fine.
2-
Also want to hide the text editor so that vendors can only use visual editor.as shown in picture 2
Thank you
Is there any documentation that you are following?
NO
Is there a similar example that we can see?
yes please see picture 2
What is the link to your site?
Hello,
Thank you for contacting our support forum.
The Toolset and CRED buttons should only show on the form when the Admins access the page. I'm assuming that you are not viewing this page as a guest?
Also the text area above is for the post title. You can remove it from the CRED form but your posts will be created with an autodraft title.
Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Shane
Thank you for your reply.
I am vewing the product add form as a vendor and it is the same as the admin view.
Should I share the login data with you ?
Hi
Yes please provide access.
The private fields have been enabled.
Thanks,
Shane
Hi Mute,
Are you able to download our Access plugin ?
With this you should be able to hide the CRED button from the vendors
Please let me know.
Thanks,
Shane
Yes I have it but disabled it since its button will appear in the from end panel.
When I uncheck the vendor from the CRED front end access ,the whole form does not appear.
Hi Mute,
I can hide the buttons but that would mean it will be hidden for all the users who use the form on the frontend.
Thanks,
Shane
