I am trying to: Simply edit existing sort dropdowns.

I expected to:
Be able to make 1 edit to sort dropdowns without having to recreate the entire sort dropdown structure.
There is no way to edit a sort dropdown? So if I have 25 sort dropdown options, and it takes me hours to setup, if I have to change one of the dropdown options - how do I do that? If for example I make one single mistake while setting it up, if I make one mistake I lose hours of work and have to start over?
There must be a way to edit the sort dropdown once you've created it right?
Thank you for getting in touch. Currently I'm assuming that you're using the classic editor and not the block editor to create your view.
This is not possible to do with the classic editor but if your view was built using the block editor then you will be able to modify your sorting controls through the GUI . See Screenshot

Next - I have had another ticket open for 3 days w/ Beda and I'm in trouble, I have to present something working by tomorrow, but I can't get in touch with him, Is there any way to get help from another agent?
My questions in regards to sorting (I cannot get the sorting to work for more than 1 field for some reason), so it's not working at all, and I'm at a loss,
I tried checking on the ticket that Beda has assigned to him. However when I went to your site URL i'm being redirected to a microsoft login to sign in. Not sure what could be causing this.
Currently it depends on the timezone you are in as Beda should be back in the later Timezone. Im current on the GMT -5 timezone.
