I am using Toolset Types for custom post type and custom fields and am using GeneratePress with dynamic options to create a template for my custom post.

I've added a button to the layout and it does pull in the web address from the custom field but there's no link:

How do I pull in the custom field and have it linked?

Can you please share problem URL and tell me where exactly you added the button?

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

Yes I got it but unfortunately the password that should offer me login form does not work.

Can you please send me working site access and admin access details.
