I have assigned a Content Template for all posts. Most of them are also using Toolset Layout Editor. I can change them to stop using Layout manually one by one. But there are more than 4000 of them, so I would like to do this automatically.

Example post is shown in screen dump. Any quicker way to ”Stop using this Template Layout” than opening all 4000+ posts one by one?

Thanks in advance!
/Valter

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - what if you go to Toolset => Layouts and Edit the layout which is assigned and click on the button on button of the Edit layout page "Change how this layout is used" and unassign it from your post type etc.. and save the layout.

Hi,
I did not find a quick way to do this for 4000 posts.
Following your suggestion I still have to mark (checkbox) each and every post to update them, is that correct?

Sorry - which checkbox you try to mention - could you please share screenshot?

is it possible for you to share problem URL and access details with me?

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

The enclosed screen dump shows the dialog box.
Takes a lot of time to change 400+ posts here.
Updating is also slow.
Is there a better way?

Finally I did this manually, problem solved.
