Tell us what you are trying to do?
I will try to add variable products in search result.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
yes, relevanssi is configured and it work well. It will found variable products.
Relevanssi support check this issue and they think, that problem can be post_type limitation in the search.

What is the link to your site?

It seems that this old code (from support ticket part 1) does not work anymore?

is there an up-to-date code available?

-> Yes, and _sku has added to fields to index. Reindexing doesn't help

Can you please share problem URL and admin access details and with what SKU I should try with.

===>
Where you added the old code? Can you please share that information.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

the site is up to date, but SKU search does not work. Will you check this issue?

Toolset search settings have changed since the update- by following these instructions you will get the search working. https://toolset.com/course-lesson/searching-texts-in-custom-fields-with-toolset-and-relevanssi/

The special thing here is that the product _sku has not previously been a customized field, except for the product variation.
