Hi Support,

I am trying to implement a messaging system with tutors & students, so I had import the messaging system using module manager - https://toolset.com/modules/messaging-system/ and try applying it on my site. Please can you tell me the process of how I can set up the messaging on the front end?

I am trying to add messages on my account page - hidden link, where the users can interact with each other.
Please check the screenshot here - hidden link

Please let me know all the setup on how to do this.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Toolset messaging system is not like a live chat system, this is something different.

Here is the official Doc about how you can build the messaging system with Toolset:

I suggest you should go though the above doc and understand how it works and let me know if you require further assistance.

I have gone through the document and have implemented all codes in site. beside this, I have created all templates using toolset blocks not toolset view and this code asking for toolset views id--hidden link. please tell me how I can use this in my site?

Hi Support,

One thing I forgot to mention that, I am able to display message to its users in message on my account page -hidden link See screenshot hidden link, but when message is opening by its author its not allowing to show or reply, please have a look- hidden link.

Please tell me why its showing like this?

If you did not activated, then you should first enable the legacy mode of views:
=> https://toolset.com/course-lesson/enabling-legacy-version-of-toolset-views/

Then on view's listing page, with every list item you will see a ID column that is the view ID you will have to use for your view.
