This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
Add excerpt to toolset forms.
Solution:
The excerpt field should get automatically added to the form. Does your CPT have the post excerpt field enabled ?
If not then you need to go to Toolset-> Post Types -> Edit your CPT and then scroll to Options and ensure that the Post Excerpt box is checked.

Thank you for contacting our support forum.
The excerpt field should get automatically added to the form. Does your CPT have the post excerpt field enabled ?
If not then you need to go to Toolset-> Post Types -> Edit your CPT and then scroll to Options and ensure that the Post Excerpt box is checked.
Finally to add the field just click on Add Post field on your Form and add it. See Screenshot.
