How do I add a comment feature to a content type?

This support ticket is created 4 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

You need to activate the comments feature on the post type definition in Toolset->Post Types->Edit your CPT. Check this screenshot hidden link

There is also an option per each post, it is by default activated, but if you are not getting comments for any post, check if comments are activated for it. Check this screenshot hidden link
