Tell us what you are trying to do?
I want to translate a cred form. All works fine, but I don't know how to translate the labels of radiobuttons and selectboxes

Is there any documentation that you are following?
I couldn't find it

What is the link to your site?
hidden link

In the file Knipsel2.jpg I would prefer to use something like 'Other' and the translation in Dutch 'Anders'.

With WPML, text strings in custom fields and UI elements are usually registered for translation in WPML String Translation. I'm not sure how Polylang software handles string translation so I think it would be best to ask Polylang support for advice. If there's anything you need from me to help facilitate your discussion with their support team, I will be glad to assist.
