I need to computer the custom custom types in order of modification, not just creation in the administrator.

How can I do this?

Hi Avansis,

Thank you for getting in touch.

There is an option in the view to sort your items. If you click on the ordering option you should see an option called "last modified". You can use this to sort the posts by the last date they were modified.

Please let me know if you were able to find this option.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Avansis,

Thank you I was assuming this was for the frontend.

Unfortunately there isn't anything in our plugins that would allow for this.

However you can try using the plugin below.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/show-modified-date-in-admin-lists/#description

Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Shane

Hi Avansis,

Yes all you need to do is to click on the header of the column and it will sort in ASC or DESC order.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Avansis,

Not sure what is happening on your end but when I have this plugin installed it sorts fine.

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the website so that I can check on this in further details for you ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Avansis,

Thank you it seems this only works for the default post types in wordpress.

For the custom post types you will need the Pro version of the admin columns plugin given that this is something that is not included in our Toolset plugins.

Thanks,
Shane
