Tell us what you are trying to do?
I'd like to see what users are searching for through the Toolset engine which I'm using with Relevanssi

This would probably cause serious conflict with Europe's GDPR laws, unless you would ask consents of your users to store and analyze that data (I believe what we search by is considered private data, but I am not sure about).

In any case, technically this is not possible with Toolset, or WordPress by core.
It would require custom code.

Also it is questionable to do this in light of performance and server space (you have to track while the user experiences your site so it will be slower and you need to store that data for later analysis causing large database or server space usage).

You could try if plugins like these help you achieve this goal https://wordpress.org/plugins/search-meter/, or otherwise mybe consult a contractor for custom programming: https://toolset.com/contractors/

Of course you could apply some sort of jQuery script, to capture what users input or select in the views you offer them and save that somewhere, but this would be plain Custom Code that Toolset Support (and the plugin) cannot assist or help with.

You could request the feature here https://toolset.com/home/contact-us/suggest-a-new-feature-for-toolset/, if you think this should be added to Toolset as a core feature.
