Do you mean you have Toolset Form where you are displaying the multiple checkboxes field and that field you want to display in columns? If this is correct:

I'm displaying this amenities with a check box field.

I want to display on two o Three columns.

Is not a form.

You will have to add custom CSS and adjust the element or class as required to display the checkboxes as columns.
