How can I generate a data model from my site

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Well - the site link you shared when I try to visit it says offline: hidden link

"visualize and redefine the overall data structure of a complex site" is a really broad idea. I suggest you should divide your requirements into small modules and check the feasibility of your requirements against features which Toolset offers and take steps accordingly.
