[Resolved] Hierarchical categorization on website

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The user asks if his current Toolset offer will allow him to create a listing site with hierarchical taxonomies.

Solution:
The Toolset Presentation package only offers the "Toolset Types" and "Toolset Blocks" plugins. They are enough to build such a listing site.

Please note that the Toolset Presentation package does not provide the following plugins:

  • Toolset Maps: To integrate Google and Microsoft Azure maps into your views and content templates.
  • Toolset Access: To customize the permissions and roles of your users and access to your content.
  • Toolset Forms: To build forms that will allow your users to submit content from the front-end.
  • Toolset WooCommerce Views: To integrate WooCommerce into your views and customize how your shop will be.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I am trying to create a listing website with posts that are connected through parent/child taxonomies. e.g. car brand - Car type - car model. And let the site visitor filter through the categories.

Could this be done with "toolset presentation"? As I find the "toolset interaction" subscription quite expensive.

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

The Toolset Presentation package only offers the "Toolset Types" and "Toolset Blocks" plugins. They are enough to build such a listing site.

Please note that the Toolset Presentation package does not provide the following plugins:
- Toolset Maps: To integrate Google and Microsoft Azure maps into your views and content templates.
- Toolset Access: To customize the permissions and roles of your users and access to your content.
- Toolset Forms: To build forms that will allow your users to submit content from the front-end.
- Toolset WooCommerce Views: To integrate WooCommerce into your views and customize how your shop will be.

I hope this answers your question. Let me know if you have further questions.
