[Resolved] Hide taxonomy custom search filter until post relationship custom search filter is selected

This support ticket is created 6 years, 3 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Also on this page you see the post relation filter (states/cities). Is it possible when i first open the page, only to show the post relation filter and not the taxonomy filter yet.

I want to show the taxonomy filter only when i have selected a state and city and it generated the results. It that possible, if yes, how?

Hi, at this time there isn't a good way to hide inputs or input groups until other inputs are selected. That would require custom code. We offer an advanced filter option called "only show available options for each input", which can disable or hide unavailable criteria, but it doesn't help hide entire filters.
