Hi Shane, one small issue from the ticket I just closed: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/hide-search-filter-options-based-on-value-of-checkbox/ is that the ELA options are hiding on the post form now. Not sure how this are carrying over but the form was working before. Can you please take a look here: hidden link. Select "English Language Arts" as the subject and the dropdown under ELA Curriculum doesn't show. Math and Science are still working.

This should now be working.
The problem was with the conditional settings on the ELA field itself in your custom fields settings. You had set it to English Language Arts however the checkbox value was set to ELA which is what should've been used as the conditionals value to check against.
