Tell us what you are trying to do?
Hello, I have a custom post type that is being used to create a list of items on a page (partners). However, WP is automatically generating additional pages for each partner (like this hidden link) - can you help us understand how to turn off these content templates?
Is there any documentation that you are following?
No
Is there a similar example that we can see?
No
What is the link to your site?
hidden link

I'm having trouble understanding your question, it seems to be mixing up different WordPress concepts.
If I understand correctly, it sounds like you have created a custom post type "Partners", but you don't want the Partner posts to be accessible on the front-end.
When you publish posts with WordPress it automatically generates the URL to that post based on your permalink structure. For a custom post type this normally includes the post type slug, so a Partner post titled "John Smith" is published at the location site.com/partner/john-smith.
You can change the format of the URL, but you can't have no URL, WordPress expects published posts to be published.
However, you can use Access to hide these posts from the front-end by denying read access to whatever roles you choose (maybe you still want site administrators to be able to see them).
When you deny read access you can choose what to show instead, e.g. the normal site 404 message, or some template that you design.
See this documentation about limited access to pages (you can apply the same to your post type):
