Help - Toolset

This support ticket is created 4 years, 3 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I have a problem because i thought that i purchsed the Toolset View and Toolset Types for making a serch form. But i did'nt get the Toolset View plugin i got Toolset Blocks which i cannot use. What do i do?

Views and Blocks are essentially the same plugin, but by default Views has the legacy interface using shortcodes active, while Blocks has the Gutenberg block-based editor active by default.

If you already familiar with the legacy Views interface, with Blocks installed you can go to Toolset > Settings and change the default interface to the legacy Views interface (or make both available).

Views is available from the legacy tab of your downloads page, though we'd recommend persisting with Blocks installed and changing the settings for the interface if that's what you need.
