Tell us what you are trying to do?
Hello, today I made some changes to the post relations and now I can't access the content templates. It throws me an error directly.
I deactivate all plugins except toolset but I get the same error.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please share more details about what post relationship you had and what exactly the changes you made to that post relationship?

In general we do not encourage the users to made changes to their existing post relationship until and unless they know what they are doing. Can you please share all this things and if you require I will offer you a sandbox site where you can play with post relationship after you create it and follow that same steps to make changes to your post relationship to see if you can able to see the same issue.

In addition to that - Could you please send me debug information that will help us to investigate your issue.

I would like to know is this a brand new site or you have existing content with post relationship before you made changes to your post relationship?

In any case I would suggest you to take full backup of your database and website first.

Can you please share details what posts or content template not working. Please share URL of those not working entities.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Is the access details you shared is your live/production site or staging site?

I suggest you should restore the backup of your site that works well last time and then you should take again full backup of your site and then try to merge two one to many post relationship with to create many to many post relationship.

You should not delete post relationship this way as it will affect the current content (related posts) and may result in wrong connections.

If you have working site copy before changing the post relationship then you should send it to me first and I will try to merge the post relationship and then will come back to you with the exact steps you will have to follow.

to do tests.

I don't have a backup, just that day I made a lot of changes.

I did not do relationship mergers.

the post that has problems is "Plantillas". I don't think it's a relationship problem.

We do not recommend to debug on live/production site.

It shows issues with Usage conditions for that content template and I think its side effect of the post relationship or post type you deleted.

What I'm asking is you should restore the latest backup that works fine for you and then we can next steps to merge your post relationship and see if its possible or not.

What if you navigate to the post type listing screen:
=> hidden link

And there deactivate the post type "Plantilla" and "Plantilla Template".

Then navigate to the post relationship listing page:
- hidden link

And delete the unwanted post relationship and check if that help you to resolve your issue.
