Hello
I have created a Content Templates for Portfolio with Toolset.
The arrows belongs to TB Repeating Field / Gallery > Display settings: Slider (see attached image please).
When the gallery has images everything works good, as you can see in the link: hidden link
But when the page doesn't have images then the problem exist, (when I try to load the page, on browser I get the message either wait or exit the browser hance I do not able to load the page successfully). As you can see in the link: hidden link
And because sοme pages will have image and some pages no, i want to find a way to Hide the arrows from custom field image/Gallery if the field is empty, without the photos.
When i get to Custom Fields/Image and press the button to set the Conditions(s), i can't find in custom fields the "image" to select it (see attached image please).
Have you any solution for the problem? Thanks
Can you please share access details so I can dive into your site and check how you setup things.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
Yes, I can confirm that when there is no image to display the page keeps loading and even I can see the prev-next buttons. I reported both issues to next level support.
Regarding using the Layouts:
if you want to design your template using blocks, please use a regular Content Template (Toolset -> Content Template) instead of the Layout-based template for this case. You can still use Layouts for other parts of your site if needed. As its not recommended to use Content template designed with Toolset blocks with Layouts.
That is why I stop using Layout on your post, and use content template instead but the issue you reported I confirm and its will be reported in front of our Devs:
=> hidden link
In addition to the above:
Please note that Toolset Blocks are not yet meant to be used for live, production sites. There will be changes and beta releases along the way. Things might break or not work as expected. This is why we recommend running Toolset Blocks on a test site.
