I am trying to: have markers that are close to each other become separate/unclustered so that I can access each individual post.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link (To view the issue, you would need to scroll to the map section, click the 183 cluster > left-hand 15 cluster > 10 cluster > 5 cluster > 3 cluster )

I expected to see: Normally, once that we've zoomed in as described above, I would expect to be able to either click on the "2 cluster" and see the separate markers, or zoom in until they can be viewed separately but that is not possible.

Instead, I got: A cluster of two markers, which cannot be separated and viewed independently.

Did you try the Spiderfy setting? (Screenshot, red.)

Or you can try modifying the setting for Minimal distance in pixels between markers (screenshot, pink).
