Hi David,

This is not a normal case, as such I would like to have a look at the issue for you. Can you provide me with admin access to the site so that I can have a look at this for you ?

Also can you provide me with a short video demonstration of the exact steps that you're using the re-order the fields ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi David,

Thank you i'm able to see the issue now.

Unfortunately i'm not able to replicate the issue on my end on a fresh install. This could be caused by a plugin conflict with Gutenburg itself as this area is a part of wordpress and gutenburg API.

So we use the API to insert the custom fields here, so the ordering of this area is controlled by gutenburg. What you can do is to temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins to see if the issue is still present after doing this.

Thanks,
Shane
