Dear Sir/Madam,

I try to apply the grid to the CRED Notification e-mail body but not work. It seems Toolset doesn't convert the email body at HTML format. Did I miss some important setting to the form set?

Best regards,

Kelvin.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Not only can format the email body in HTHML format, if I view the email using gmail, I can't view the image.

Hi Kelvin,

Not sure why the image isn't showing up in GMAIL, however does it show up in other email providers?

Secondly you are using the Bootstrap CSS to do the columns and this isn't a portable solution as the bootstrap css framework is required in order for the columns to load.

I would recommend using HTML Tables to format your columns.

Thanks,
Shane
