When i choose grid layout in loop wizard it's not working. My posts are under each other. Problem is that there is no bootstrap on page. Wizard is telling me site is using bootstrap 3.0 but when i look what at styles of elements there are not corresponding coobstrap classes(row...). Can you please tell me how to insert bootstrap to my page.
Using OceanWP and Elementor with Toolset.

Hi Ferdinand,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Could you send me a link to the page where you are experiencing the issue ?

I would like to see if bootstrap is being loaded or not.

No need to provide credentials.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Ferdinand,

Thanks for the link.

However it seems bootstrap isn't naturally used on this site.

You can enable it by going to Toolset -> Settings -> Bootstrap Loading and just enable bootstrap 3

This should cause your rows to start displaying correctly.

Thanks,
Shane

Yes i know that it's not there, but why is that. I saw tutorials with elementor and oceanWP and there was no problem.
I don't want page to download full bootstrap stylesheet just for grid layout.
By any chance do you know if there is a way to force oceanwp or elementor to use bootstrap instead of styles that they use by default?

Hi Ferdinand,

Perhaps the tutorial on this was a bit miss-leading as OceanWP nor elementor comes with bootstrap, so it needs to be loaded in this fashion.

Could you send me a link to the exact tutorial so that I can have a look ? I can let you know exactly what is happening.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,
this is the tutorial -> hidden link
There is no mension of oceanWP to be honest, that must have been another tutorial.

Anyway I can do it when I know that it's not a mistake, eigther add bootstrap by toolset or use elemntor-col-33 and some other classes from elementor.

I have another problem if I may ask for advice. I have test taxonomy that I need to remove(or not to see in drop down of filter). I found an answer for this, but it's an old version of toolset. Could you please help.

Btw, when you provide bootstrap you should have option for 4 as well, but that's just my opinion.

Hi Ferdinand,

This must've been either a bootstrap based theme or bootstrap was imported using Toolset.

About the taxonomy you want to remove. Is it that you want to remove it from a frontend filter ?

#1184477

Sorry. I ment i need to remove value of taxonomy that is not used in any post.

Hi Ferdinand,

This taxonomy is being displayed on a filter correct?

#1184492

Yes it is. But there is a value that i put as a test and then removed from all posts, but it's still there and i need to remove it from filter(or entirely from database).

Hi Ferdinand,

What you can do is to just go to the taxonomy where it is and delete it from your taxonomy list on the backend.

It should be there.

Thanks,
Shane
