I cannot see the screen you share as that is an admin screen and I'd need log in details, which can be submitted at the first reply, in private mode, to see it.
Or a screenshot of what you see, and if any error is shown on the Browser Console, could help to determine more precisely what is happening.
However, from the data I have, I suspect a JS conflict with another Plugin.
To be sure, I would start by disabling these plugins:
Give - Donation Plugin
WP-Optimize
The Events Calendar
If then the issue persists, please try with no plugins, and another theme, whereas the issue should be gone.
If then the issue is still present please replace the Toolset Plugins with fresh copies from here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
If at that point this isn't solved, one last check is the Server Error logs after as well enabling WP Debug and checking the Browser console once more for errors.
Any error mentioned can then help to spot where the issue happens.
At that point, it would be great if you could create a copy of the site at that stage (I assume you will test this on a staging site, which is recommended).
Please send that to us, so we could then have a look.
I suspect however that you'll find a plugin that is causing this, please then report to us the plugin, author and download path, along with the steps to follow so the conflict happens.
We can then look at what we can do to fix this or/and enter in contact with the Author.
It's important for us that you can use Toolset with other Softwares just as you like, this is why we are peculiarly paying attention to first exclude such potential conflicts when we cannot see the same issue on a "fresh" toolset install (which I cannot, on my tests).
Resolving compatibility issues means, you and others can use Toolset in a more broad area.
That's important, and we take it as seriously as internal Toolset Bugs.
