I am trying to:
Use Content Templates to change the context of a View
Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:
I expected the content template to be processed by the View.
Instead, I got:
the parent reference for my view (Department) does show Grandparent data, but the content template is not obviously processed.

Are you trying to show Toolset Related posts or hierarchical Posts?
I think you refer to this:
https://toolset.com/documentation/post-relationships/how-to-display-related-posts-with-toolset/displaying-fields-of-grandparents/

Correct?

Then to me it seems you have malformed ShortCode attributes.
See here how that looks:
https://toolset.com/documentation/post-relationships/how-to-display-related-posts-with-toolset/displaying-fields-of-grandparents/#4-insert-a-content-template-that-displays-grandparent-information

We address a parent item.
In your ScreenShot I do not see it addresses the parent.

If after correcting that it still does not work, my I have a look on the site (please add the links where I see the issue and can edit it)
