I have two Toolset maps on my website.

The problem is that in Firefox and Edge (macOS) maps don't show up on the first visit. When I click refresh page, the map shows up. In Chrome and Safari (macOS) maps work as expected.

I also tested these pages on Windows machine, there is the same problem, except it works in Edge and doesn't work in Chrome (even after refresh map doesn't).

We have another report of something similar and are trying to track down the issue.

I just tried on one of your sites with Chrome where it worked and Firefox where it didn't. I'll try to reproduce it on a test site, but I'd like to double-check how you have set this up to see that I'm adding the map in the same way, can I get access to your site?

I will mark your next reply as private so that I can get log-in credentials from you—you may want to create a temporary admin user for me to use that you can later delete. And be sure to have a current backup of your site.

Sure, you can get access.

Site is backed up.

Thanks, I've reproduced the problem and have escalated it to the developers, they will hopefully be able to come up with a fix for this quickly.

I'll keep you posted.

I'm pleased to say that fixes for this and several other issues are now available.

You may need to use the Check for Updates button in the installer page to see the update notices, or the updates are available at toolset.com/account/downloads
