[Resolved] Google Maps Markers and Location

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The issue here is that the user wanted to display his visitors location on the map as well as the address of the post.

Solution:

This is actually possible and all you need to do is when adding one marker you need to set it to get the user's current location and for the second marker you can set it to the address of the post.

Hi Rafael,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

I'm actually not sure what you mean. Could you provide an example for me so I can know exactly what you're referring to.

Thanks,
Shane

Hello Shane,

I would like to display these two elements (Pic.png): "Google Maps-Beitragsfeld: Adresse" (Google Maps contribution field: address) and "Der Standort des aktuellen Besuchers" (the location of the current visitor) together in one map.. So that I have once the current position of the visitor and the addresses (markers) in the proximity of this visitor position are indicated.

Hi Rafael,

Thank you for clarity, Actually you will need to add 2 separate markers for this.

You will need to add the address one first and then add another marker so that the user's location can be found.

Thanks,
Shane
