Problem:
The user's map was not displaying correctly.
Solution:
Would you mind temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins and try again.
Sometimes there are 3rd party plugins that can cause issues like this. If the problem is still occurring then you're more than welcomed to open a new ticket and our support team will be more than happy to assist.
This support ticket is created 6 years, 8 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.
