Tell us what you are trying to do? I am trying to type in the address and hope that Google Maps find this address but it doesn't seem to.. so I have to use the next option of getting the co-ordinates for the address and then put that data in.. it's a bit too complicated.. Also this way I have the markers but I don't have a chance to show the address in text form.. I'd like to have a column next to the maps which has a scrollable list of addresses that are displayed by the markers.. Please advise the best way forward for this.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Thank you for getting in touch.

Could you let me know what this address is ? It could be a location that is not addressable in the Google Maps database itself.

And I can't seem to be able to get the addresses very easlly .. I had to copy the co-ordinates to create those markers..

Hi Alim,

I won't be able to know what the address is while they are on the map as they are not displayed on the marker data.

What I need is the full text address itself, e.g "445 Mount Eden Road, Mount Eden, Auckland" . This is something that I can enter into google maps to see if the text address itself can be found.

My apologies for not being clearer the first time...;-).. maybe the fact that it was 11pm and I was half asleep was the the reason..;-)..

Well anyways when I had the first link (which I had created using WP Bakery).. hidden link

The google maps section in this link had the markers as well as the addresses.. but I think I hadn't mentioned this clearly..;-).. (Screenshot attached)

Here's one of the addresses to test..
14, Shangri-La Arcade,
Next to Hyundai Showroom, Satellite,
Ahmedabad – 380015, Gujarat
Phone : +91 98255 21135

I'd like to be able to add the address and have the marker on google map AND the text address displayed (in a separate column).. is that possible?

Hi Alim,

I see what you mean.

What you can try is to type in the name of the location, for example I type in R Kumar Opticians and found the location and the map generated an address like this

"R Kumar Opticians, Ashram Road, opp. Sharma Hyundai, Shreyas Colony, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India"

Which is the same marker location from Google Maps.

Please try using the name of the organization and use the autocomplete functionality to get the correct address.
