CRED Address Field not displaying.

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
Address Fields created with Types are not shown on CRED Forms.
What's the problem?

Solution:
There is a BUG in CRED that is solved with the below linked erratum or any newer CRED Version.

Hello, I am using Cred with google map to build a submission page, everything runs well. but today I found that was not working, even I deactivated all of plugins except Toolsets. can you see the screenshots. and help me with it?

2.Do you know if the google map works on User form? because I prefer to use it on user form, and display the user fields onto a post type. Because for my project, basic information will be included in post type. and I want to limit users who only submit one time.

2. Yes.

- Create a user Field of type "Address"
- Create a CRED Form for users
- Make sure the field is inserted

Please let us know in a new ticket if you have any other issue with Toolset!
