In fact I replied to that post before opening a new ticket. I too have attempted all of the fixes from other posts including:
Clear location cache in Toolset Maps Settings
Disable all other plugins
Revert to default theme
Create new Google Maps API key
etc.
Nothing has worked. If I insert the lat-long in the render shortcode and force the zoom to max, I see the correct location (without a marker). I know that the address and my API key both work because everything shows correctly on the backend when editing the post
As you may see, the site is something of a mes right now because I am trying to get ready for a small customer demo tomorrow which is (unfortunately) focused specifically on the Google Maps functionality! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
Well - I see the map with the post link you shared with us but no marker. I need to check why marker is not displaying.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
