Hi,

I'm testing the search by distance feature.

While Google autocomplete works fine on my address-field in the backend, it does not seem to work on the frontend.

This is my test website: hidden link

There are no other plugins installed except toolset, Google API-keys work fine.

Thanks for your help,
Daniel

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

That is really strange. Can you please confirm you registered the valid Google Map API key as well as with your key places API is added.

Hi Minesh,

yes, everything looks good. All relvant APIs are activated, the API Keys are working.

Do you want access to the site?

Yes - Please.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Can you please check now: hidden link

As of now the autocomplete only works when you add the map on the page. This is the workaround for now, you may try to hide the map using CSS if you do not want to display it. This will be fixed in future release but there is no ETA on it.

Hi Minesh,

yes it works now! Looking forward to the final fix.

Thanks for your help!

Daniel
