Hi,
It is very hard to know what might be the problem cause as the error is originated from a natvie WordPres URL.
I tried to check the website but it is nothing like WordPress so I am confused.
For now I suggest that you check with a minimal installation and see if the same thing happens or not:
- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Switch to the default theme such as "TwentyTwenty" by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > themes".
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except Toolset and its add-ons.
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.
Hello,
I have checked with all this things like theme change, plugin deactivate but its not working, and that's why I connected with support.
Also other form is working but having problem with this form and also I have created form same as other form. So can you check what I am doing wrong and what is wrong with this form ?
Hi,
Please give me the link to the form in question in the dashboard.
Also the link to the form that works.
Finally, I'd appreciate it to know the page links that the forms are used in dashboard so I can check.
Also I will need your permission to copy your website to our server if needed.
I also need any information that you can share more than yu did till now? What post type is the form for? Did you test by adding another form and test?
Thanks.
Hello ,
I have already given the URL.
Again I am sending this URL
=>
hidden link
This is the backend form URL
=> hidden link
The form will open with the admin access and the admin access I have already shared on the site access option.
For the access I can't able to give the permission for copying what you want to do in that let me know I'll do it for you in that case.
Thanks.
Hi,
Thanks, I checked the form 9in the backend and could not find any abnormal thing that might cause the issue.
What I suggest is that you copy the form and try to remove some stuff from it and test. For example remove all the notifications you set and remove some codes you used and see if it works?
That is the only way to find out what might have been the problem cause.
Thanks.
Thank you for your assistance. After further analysis, I was able to identify the root cause of the issue and successfully resolve it.
