This is new. We have a page that displays all of our members, here hidden link
Just recently the message "You need to login to view this content. Please Login. Not a Member? Join Us" began appearing in the middle of the page (in the middle of the member list).
Could you please have a look and advise us?
Thank you.
Hi Barbara,
Thank you for getting in touch.
Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the website so that I can have a more detailed look at this for you ?
Please where applicable please provide me with a link to an example page where I can see the issue.
I've enabled the private fields for your next response.
Thanks,
Shane
Hi Barbara,
The issue here is being caused by the "Simple WordPress Membership" plugin. I'm not sure how or why this plugin is inserting a login notice on the view listing.
However my recommendation here is to see if you can contact their support team to see if they can provide any additional information on this one.
Thanks,
Shane
Shane, thanks. Can you tell me what it is that you see that points to their plugin? That way I can include that in my question to them.
Hi Barbara,
Its mainly evident when I disabled the plugin that entire section is gone. Also there is some evidence of it in the class name of the message for e.g "swpm-post-not-logged-in-msg"
I'm assuming the SWPM stands for Simple WordPress Membership.
Thanks,
Shane
Thanks again.
Hi Barbara,
No problem. If there are no further questions on this then you can go ahead and mark this ticket as resolved.
Thanks,
Shane
Shane figured out the problem was due to another plugin, not Toolset.
