Tell us what you are trying to do?
Getting a "Unable to register: Site key not matching" when copying the key from my dashboard and following the link to the webpage that is connected to that key (for the moment i have only one). Is there something i miss? does the www make it missmatch?

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Basically, there should not be any issue registering the site key.

However, Can you please make sure you followed the following Doc:

If yes and your issue still persists, please sharre admin access details and I'm happy to look and troubleshoot further.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
